Blake Cohen is a mission-driven leadership and organizational psychology consultant who’s set out to shift workplace dynamics toward that of connection, purpose, productivity, and engagement. Pursuing a doctorate in Leadership Psychology at William James College, Blake holds a master’s degree in Leadership and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Formerly a successful entrepreneur in mental healthcare, he now focuses on executive coaching, workplace training, and organizational consulting. Blake is also a best-selling author, international speaker, and host of "The Workplace Wonderer" podcast. He advocates for human connection, equity, laughter, and psychological safety in all environments. Based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, Blake enjoys life with his wife and their dog, Boone.
